Registered General Nurse(RGN)

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered General Nurse (RGN) to join our healthcare team in Canada. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality patient care, support medical teams, and ensure the well-being of patients in a clinical or hospital setting. The RGN will be responsible for assessing patient conditions, administering treatments, and maintaining accurate medical records.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in accordance with medical standards

• Monitor and record patient vital signs and progress

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

• Assist doctors and healthcare professionals during procedures

• Develop and implement patient care plans

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records

• Educate patients and families about health conditions and treatments

• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and safety standards

• Respond to emergencies and provide first aid when necessary

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or Diplomat in Nursing

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license

• Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)

• Additional certifications (e.g., Advanced Cardiac Life Support) are an advantage

Experience Requirements

• Minimum of 1–3 years of clinical nursing experience

• Experience in hospital, clinic, or healthcare facility preferred

• Strong knowledge of patient care procedures and medical terminology

• Experience working in multicultural environments is an advantage
