Registered Mental Nurses (RMNs)

Job Description

We are seeking qualified and compassionate Registered Mental Nurses (RMNs) to join healthcare facilities in Canada. The successful candidates will provide high-quality mental health care to patients in hospitals, psychiatric units, rehabilitation centers, and community health settings. You will work as part of a multidisciplinary team to support patients with mental health conditions and promote recovery and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, and implement individualized mental health care plans

• Monitor patients’ mental and emotional conditions

• Administer prescribed medications and treatments

• Provide counseling and emotional support to patients and families

• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation

• Work closely with psychiatrists, doctors, and healthcare teams

• Respond to emergency situations when necessary

• Promote patient safety and confidentiality

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BSc Nursing) or equivalent

• Registration as a Mental Health Nurse in your home country

• Valid nursing license

• IELTS or approved English proficiency test (as required for Canadian licensing)

• Eligibility for registration with the Canadian Nurses Association or provincial regulatory body
